The space

The newly remodeled and refurnished historic home has three spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms with one having a jetted tub. The living room has two couches, accent chairs, and a coffee bar. This is a perfect location to spend time with family and friends. The outdoor space includes a porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing. There is an in-ground pool, fire pit, propane grill, and outdoor seating under a gazebo. The garage has a ping-pong table for all to enjoy. (Pool will close on October 20th.)

This home is in the heart of Greenwood. It is within walking distance of Greenwood's popular Bell Park that offers playgrounds, basketball courts, pickle ball, and disc golf. It is also within walking distance of the Greenwood Town Square. The town square offers unique shopping , holiday events, parades on Main Street, and much more. This home is near the Greenwood High School and offers close proximity to all the sporting events.
